Katydid on Phoebanthus

Katydid on Phoebanthus

Photographed in a meadow north of Sumatra, Florida. Due to the appearance of the foliage and location, I think the flower is phoebanthus tenuifolius, which is found only in that area. The katydid is a species of amblycorypha. My thanks to Valerie Bugh for the katydid ID. Her excellent web site is worth a visit.
