Monarch on Goldenrod

One of thousands of migrating monarch butterflies at Florida's St. Marks Wildlife Refuge in early October. The small orange-black-white insects also are migrants. They are ailanthus webworm moths (atteva punctella). More information here at bugguide.net. the flower is seaside goldenrod (solidago stricta).
