Pearl Crescent and Native Wild Bee on Roughleaf Cone Flower

It was a slow morning for birds at Louisiana's Sherburne Wildlife Reserve, but catching these two insects together on the same flower helped to compensate. The flower is a roughleaf cone flower (rudbeckia scabrifolia).
